By participating you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.
Registered Users agree and understand that we are an advertising company and our goal is to deliver quality website traffic to our users based upon the day to day bandwidth useage by all visitors at any time.
We reserve the right to change, modify or discontinue any portion of our website at any time with or without notice.
If you purchase a premium channel or an advertising area you understand that you are purchasing advertising solely through VideoCentricity and that you are being delivered web hosting advertising accordingly.
Advertizers may purchase additional Ads at any time up to the max of 1000 ads per month.
Your ads must meet the following criteria. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your site and/or account. We will not refund your money.
1. Your ads or banners must not have code which will cause it to break out of set display windows.
2. No pop-ups, pop-ins, redirects, rotators, messages, scripts, downloads, errors, dialog boxes, malicious code, viruses, trojans or anything which would interrupt our automatic page rotation or harm our customers computers.
3(a).
- No inappropriate, illegal, adult, or violent content;
- No Frame Breakers,
- No text or other material that might cause a reasonable person to be offended.
3(b) We may at some time in future operations offer an Adult category as one of our categories,
At that time any Adult videos MUST appear ONLY in the Adult category and any such ads may not have adult images here (text invitation only) and must warn users before going by click-thru to an adult site.
3(c) No illegal organization, ponzzi or banned political group advertizing is allowed anywhere.
3(d) No links to child-pornography at any time or by click-thru to any site.
We will investigate and report to international authorities any such activity.
4. Advertisers must ensure No broken, under construction, or slow to load web pages.
Bounced email is cause for potential deletion of your account. You may change your email address as needed by selecting the edit button on your login page.
The following actions will result in termination of your account, loss of earnings and credits, and/or prosecution:
a) Making false representations to lure new advertisers
b) Using any form of SPAM , including bulk email or posting to forums, lists, or newsgroups where such postings are not welcome.
c) Representing VideoCentricity or Classidomingo as an investment of any kind will be grounds for IMMEDIATE termination of account and potential grounds for legal action.
You agree not to hold the operators and members of Videocentricity responsible for any losses that you may incur.
You agree not to attempt fraudulent payments, not to attempt charge backs, and not to cancel payments.
You agree not to engage in conduct which will undermine the success of this program.
Such conduct includes, but is not limited to spreading negative opinions of VideoCentricity on forums, false advertising, false information or feedback posted on monitoring sites or other sites.In the event of a dispute with VideoCentricity, you accept United States law arbitration and their rulings as final.
Advertisers agree and understand that there is NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS WHATSOEVER, and VideoCentricity makes no claims of potential earnings.
